Additionally, I'm a Yoga Therapist (IAYT) and a Canadian Registered Yoga Instructor (Gold Standard), incorporating mindfulness and movement into my sessions. My passion for knowledge extends beyond the therapy room, having spent over 25 years sharing my expertise as a university professor, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
